Some people that are in a relationship feel as if they are trapped and have to do what ever their boyfriend/ girlfriend or whatever they are to them say. The girl in the story strangled her cat because her boyfriend was strangling her so she thought she’d do it to the poor innocent cat. Another person glued his girlfriend little Yorkie eyes, ears and sexual organs closed and the girl had to take the dog to the vets and she said to the doctor that her boyfriend did this to her dog because they left the house when she wasn’t allowed to . http://barryyeoman.com/articles/animalabuse.htmlthis is brownie
in this story 5 month old puppy brownie was beaten with a tire iron and she ended up breaking her right front elbow and back left knee, authorities said. She also had some teeth knocked out she is secudled to undergo surgery and there is a family that is going to abopt her http://www.annarbor.com/news/puppy-allegedly-beaten-by-tire-iron-scheduled-to-undergo-surgery-today/
in this story a girl's boyfriend cut her ferrit from ear to ear and it had to have surgery and luckly it survived. the boyfriend was charged with animal crulity, but the boyfriend intended to kill. he did this to emotionaly abuse his girlfriend.http://animalrights.about.com/b/2009/05/20/domestic-violence-and-animal-cruelty.htm
Oh my gosh...this is very egregious. The boyfriend/girlfriend should not take there anger out on the animals. The animals did nothing wrong to deserve this cruleity.
ReplyDeletewoh, that person needs to chill and just get a punching bag and not use the animals.
ReplyDeletedude i agree...like if you cant control your anger then they should get help. a punching bag is way better to use then a poor innocent animal.
ReplyDeletei definatly agree with the both of you because people should use different things to take out their anger because they dont need to harm innocent things expecialy animals.
ReplyDeleteya i love animals and animals love me
ReplyDeletei know i love animals too i have 2 cats 2 dogs and 2 birds at home isnt that crazy.
ReplyDeletelauren i agree with you .i just dont understand why people have to be mean to animals like that just because they are made at their boyfriend/girlfriend. i would never think about hurting someones animal/s just because i was mad at them.
ReplyDeletei dont understand why the relationships between the boyfriend and the girlfriend have to be so violent...like seriously if they are going fight or abuse eachother they should take somewhere else and not hit eachother and the poor little cute animals...
ReplyDeletei know what you mean. they should have just broke up and left eachother alone and not drug their animals into the mess.
ReplyDeletetotally. like the animals did nothing to deserve this beating....people need some serious help if they take it out on there pets
ReplyDeleteyeah ya think people are crazy and mental if they think they need to hurt or kill animals just so they can feel better. i think they should go to jail for that.dont you?
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't necessarly say be sent to jail but maybe get some help. Like going to threapy or getting some serious help. Yes I think if it gets to the extent of doing it all the time then I would suggest going to jail for animal cruleity.
ReplyDeletethat works i guess and i can see your point about if it happens all the time but i still think somthing should be done when it happens the first time.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to link this discussion to another hot topic on animals...no kill shelters. Our country is full of animals that do not have loving homes. Many wander the streets, turning into ferial animals....others find homes in less than loving homes and are abused. Don't get me wrong...no kill shelters seem wonderful on paper (or in thought)...its great that we don't abuse or kill animals...but when does the cost outweigh the benefits. My brother adopted a dog froma shelter...a large, husky mix...the dog turned on him, trying to bite him twice. they spent several hundred dollars trying to train him and the trainer finally came back to them and said that he would be able to train the dog but they (my brother and sister-in-law) would never be able to trust him...he would always be a risk. It is quite obvious the animal was probable from an abused home. How do you justify keeping an animal like that alive in a shelter? It will never be able to be adopted by a family and, heaven forbid, a family with young children try to adopt it and it turns on a child. The question then is...who decides which animals live and which do not?
ReplyDeletemrs. b in that case if the animal is crazy and trying to bite people and hurt them then the shelter workers should have never let a family adopt them. but if your brother and sister dont want the dog then they should take it to the spca or some other shelter. yes the dog wont have a loving home but at least it will be taken care of and not being beating all the time. if it was me in that situation i'd try to get the dog whisper i hear he is really good at traing animals that have fear peoblem.just kidding but no really there are people out there some where that can help dogs get over their past and issues they have.
